I’ve been talking a lot lately about the acid /alkaline balance and pH testing. I wanted to post about Energise For Life blog which is a UK site run by some young British lads who have a wonderful blog about any question you may have regarding alkalinity. They also have a store called Energise For Life. They give great explanations on everything from how to test your pH to the fundamentals of alkalizing as well as an excellent liver cleanse recipe. I just ordered the ph test strips yesterday so I will be perusing their blog while I wait for them. By the time they arrive I should be a veritable alkalinity guru…ha!
