Everything is peachy!

I love that I can introduce small amounts of fruit again. I’ve missed it so much. This has allowed me to create a fail safe green smoothie. I have named this one:

Just Peachy Green

a handful of spinach

1 apple

3 cups coconut water

3-4 stalks celery

a pinch of sea salt

1 packet stevia

1 scoop vanilla pea protein powder (which is gluten free I believe) or hemp powder

1 cup frozen organic peach slices

1 tablespoon chia seeds (Did you know that 1 tbl spoon chia seeds in 2 oz of water makes a perfect egg substitute? I didn’t. I may get to resurrect my pancakes after all!)

It is superb!!!! So yummy!!!
